Research taster
All pupils can benefit from being given a voice in school having their ideas and opinions listen to. Pupils from minority ethnic groups can respond positively to being given the opportunity to express themselves in their own cultural terms, such as through language, television, music, food etc., this can be a good way of raising pupil self-esteem and promote positive peer role-models.
